1. Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are based on bin size, waste type, location, and access. Bookings are confirmed once we accept your request and (if required) payment is received.
2. Delivery, Placement & Access
You are responsible for providing safe access and a suitable, clear placement area. If access is unsafe or obstructed, we may reschedule, deliver to the nearest safe point, or cancel delivery.
3. Hire Period & Extensions
Standard hire periods and extension fees (if any) will be confirmed at booking. Please contact us if you need extra time so we can schedule around other jobs.
4. Weight, Loading & Overfill
Do not fill above the rim. Overfilled bins may be refused for pickup or require adjustment before collection. Overweight loads and incorrect waste types can result in extra charges.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): asbestos, paints and chemicals, insulation, clay/soil where not booked, batteries, gas bottles, refrigeration insulation, liquids, explosives, and food waste.
Some items may be accepted with an additional charge (example: tyres, mattresses, carpet rolls, large stumps). If unsure, contact us before loading the bin.
6. Council Permits
If your bin needs to be placed on a road, footpath, nature strip, or public land, you may need a council permit. Permit responsibility and costs are typically the customer’s unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Council Permit Guide.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or date changes. Late changes may result in a fee due to scheduling, dispatch, and allocation costs.
8. Liability
We take care during delivery and collection. However, you are responsible for protecting surfaces (driveways, pavers, etc.) and for ensuring the placement location is suitable. We are not liable for damage where the surface or site conditions contribute to cracking, sinking, or marks.
9. Payments & Invoices
Payment terms will be confirmed during booking. Additional fees may apply for overweight loads, prohibited items, incorrect waste type, permit requirements, or extra handling.
